Riders “Open House”

Midnight Riders Tailgate

Burgers, Beers, and Buddies

For non-Riders:

Interested in soccer? Supporters culture? Tailgating? Drinking beer? Screaming and singing like a maniac at the top of your lungs? Making friends? Fun? Sports? Goals?

This Sunday (7/8) is the perfect day for everyone who has ever wanted to check out the local soccer XI but didn’t know where to start.

The Midnight Riders are hosting an “Open House” Event in order to reach out to any folks who may be interested in what goes on in the biggest soccer supporters group in New England.

The group will be putting in the extra effort at their tailgate in order to provide a little food and drink for those who stop by.

Note: Parking in the Riders lot is for members only, but general parking is allowed in the north part of our lot (map/diagram here)

For Riders:

It’s your time to shine.

We’ve proven over the years that we’re true tailgating pros. It’s what makes us special and makes traveling from all over New England and showing up three hours before matches worthwhile.

We’re hoping to turn the July 8th tailgate into a sort of “Open House” for potential new members. We’re already planning on bringing plenty of new people down on our Boston to Gillette Bus and we’d also like to encourage any of you to invite that extra friend that you’ve always wanted to bring along to a match.

Most importantly, however, we want you, the Midnight Riders, the people that make us the best Supporters Group in New England, to show how great we truly are. We’ve all experienced that great Riders hospitality and we are encouraging you to bring a little extra something to share at this tailgate. Your favorite recipe, a pizza, a bag of chips, drinks, whatever you think will show how awesome the Riders are.

Regardless of which category you fall into you should invite all your friends here: http://www.facebook.com/events/132510180221447/

Boston to Gillette for 7/8 Game

From the Pub to the tailgate to the Fort. We got ya covered.

Ever wanted to join us at a match but just didn’t have any way to get out to Foxboro, or (more likely) have a friend who always said he would go to a soccer game if it wasn’t so hard to get to Gillette? Well, we got ya covered for the 7/8 match vs the New York Red Bulls.

We’re leaving from the Phoenix Landing in Cambridge and heading right to the Midnight Riders tailgate.

You have the option to buy a spot on the bus and a ticket combined, or just a spot on the bus if you already have a ticket. There’s also a discount for paid Midnight Riders (another perk of being a member! Only $10!).

So.. what are you waiting for?

Supporters Cup

What we will be lifting.

On July 21 we will be taking on the Rebellion in the first ever New England Revolution Supporters Cup.

Kickoff is at 5pm and we will be playing on the field at Gillette Stadium.

To play you have to be a paid member and 16+ (if younger than 18 you need a parent to be in attendance).

$25 to play and $10 to watch (everyone is welcome and invited to come watch. You don’t need to be a member.)

All money raised will be going to Think Taylor, Taylor Twellman’s head injury awareness non-profit, and the newly founded New England Revolution Charitable Foundation.

We also have a viewing lined up at BBC Walpole (right down Route 1) for the Revs game after the cup.

Sign up and read more about the cup here.
