Ready to ride
The Riders are once again running a bus to Red Bull Arena in Harrison, NJ for the Revs’ second away game there on October 5th. A spot on the bus plus a ticket is $60 for Riders, and only $65 to get a spot on the bus, a ticket, and a membership for current non-members. We’re also selling standalone tickets if you have your own transportation. Get on the bus.
Tickets are also now available in the shop for the Revs’ away game on October 12th in Montréal. Come join us north of the border as the Revs show the Impact what we can do when it’s an even fight.
For both games, tickets will be distributed the day of the event.
What’s your goal celebration?
When America SCORES, the celebration looks like this. Join the Riders ($10 discount code RIDERS) and America SCORES Boston on Thursday, October 10th, for their 2013 Celebration gala to commemorate 15 years of good work. There will be World-Cup-inspired food, beer and wine, poetry and – of course – soccer. Check it out. It’s going to be a lot of fun, and it’s a great cause. We hope to see you there.
We’re looking for volunteers to help out at this event for a great cause. Email us if you’re interested.
Man of the Year
We’re coming into the home stretch of the 2013 regular season, and for the first time in several years, the Revs have a legitimate shot at the postseason. But as the season wraps up, it means one more thing: it’s almost time for the MidnightRiders’ 2013 Man of the Year award. The award will be presented at the front of the Fort, after the last home game. The winner is selected based on Man of the Match voting, which hopefully you’ve been doing all year long. Make sure to make your predictions now for tonight’s game, and vote tomorrow for tonight’s Man of the Match!
Supporters’ Shield
As was announced earlier this year, the new Supporters’ Shield is making its way around the country, ending its trip in New England on October 19th. There are a limited number of scarves for sale in the shop in support of the new trophy. It may seem a long way off for the Revs today, but this shield is already a part of MLS history, and supporters like the Riders help shape that history. And one day when the Revs hoist the shield at the end of the regular season, you can say, “I helped make that.”
