Join the Riders 2017 Extra Life Team

Midnight Riders Extra LifeAt the September 23 Revs game against Toronto, we’ll be doing a small tifo display for Devin Suau, a Framingham Revs fan and part of Kelyn Rowe’s NEGU Crew who’s having a tough time right now in his fight against cancer. After the display, we’re going to ramp up our Extra Life efforts to support Boston Children’s Hospital, the hospital where Devin is receiving treatment.

In case you’re not familiar, Extra Life is a fundraiser that focuses on the gaming community – gamers commit to play for 24 straight hours in exchange for pledges from family, friends, and coworkers. If you’re interested in joining the Riders team for Extra Life, or in supporting the Riders raising money, visit our team page on the Extra Life site.

3rd Annual Soupah Revs Competition

Soupah Revs 2017Ladies, gentlemen, boys, girls, and those who identify as none of the above, it’s time for one of your favorite events of the Midnight Riders’ philanthropic calendar: Soupah Revs!

That’s right, if our annual springtime Chili Cook-Off wasn’t quite enough to satisfy your culinary competitive chops, you’ve got two more chances to take home a trophy. (Wait, two chances? What does that mean? Well, hold your horses, we’re not quite ready to announce it yet, but let’s just say that our annual holiday party might just be a little sweeter than usual.)

So throw out that cookbook and come up with a fresh new recipe all your own to bring to the tailgate on September 23rd before the Revs’ game against Toronto (and we know you’re not gonna want to miss that game). If you’re interested in cooking, sign up with the form below to let us know what you’ll be cooking. If you’re interested in tasting, bring some canned goods or a few bucks to be donated to a food bank to be determined.

Get your spoons ready!

2017 Midnight Riders Golf Classic!

Midnight Riders Golf Tournament

Update September 6, 2017

The Midnight Riders’ Charitable Organization and the Golf Committee are delighted to announce that this year’s Golf Classic was a tremendous success, as we continue to build off the accomplishments of last year’s tournament. With the help of everyone that participated, we were able to raise $8,000 for the Greater New England Chapter of the National MS Society. This money will go a long way to help fund comprehensive programs and services for people living with MS and the Society’s critical research initiatives. We are proud to donate these proceeds in honor of our own Mike Smith, a longtime Midnight Rider who was diagnosed with the disease earlier this year.

Without a doubt, everyone who made it out to the event had an amazing time, whether they golfed, volunteered, or just joined us for dinner.

A huge THANK YOU goes out to each and every sponsor, donor and attendee for your generous contributions. Our success is wholly dependent on your generosity and we are incredibly grateful for it.

And a special acknowledgement to all the volunteers who donated their time and effort for helping ensure this event went off without a hitch. The support of everyone that was able to contribute is deeply appreciated, and we look forward to seeing you again next year.
